MediPharma is a prominent pharmacy chain in Vietnam, known for its widespread presence and commitment to providing quality healthcare products and services to its customers. With a focus on leveraging technology to enhance healthcare delivery, MediPharma sought a telemedicine solution to expand its services and improve accessibility for its customers.

Solution:
TMA Innovation collaborated with MediExpress for MediPharma to introduce the mCare Health Kiosk, a telemedicine solution designed to cope the challenges faced by the pharmacy chains. The mCare Health Kiosk is a self-contained unit equipped with essential medical devices and telecommunication technology, allowing users to access healthcare services remotely.
Implementation:
1. Hardware Integration: The kiosk is equipped with a range of connected medical devices, including blood pressure monitors, thermometers, pulse oximeters, and digital stethoscopes, enabling patients to conduct comprehensive health check-ups.
2. Telecommunication Infrastructure: Integrated telecommunication technology allows patients to connect with healthcare professionals/doctors remotely for consultations and diagnostics. This feature enables real-time communication and data sharing between patients and healthcare providers, enhancing the quality of care delivered.
3. Electronic Prescription System: The kiosk is equipped with an electronic prescription system that allows healthcare providers to digitally prescribe medications to patients. These prescriptions will be sent directly to pharmacies for purchasing and delivery.
