Launched two new services last year: mCare Health Kiosk and launched the Mobifone Gift Program

mCare Health Kiosk

mCare Health Kiosk is a project of TMA Innovation in conjunction with MediExpress, providing medical examination Kiosks located at pharmacies, helping to optimize remote medical examination, bypassing barriers between patients and doctors during the visit. examination.

The product helps check health indicators from basic to advanced, receive direct consultation with doctors via video call from Kiosk, thereby using newly measured data to serve consultation, diagnosis and prescription. In addition, the platform also supports storing indicators, health status and medical records after each examination, easily tracking the medical examination and treatment process.

mCare Health Kiosk has been deployed at one of the pharmacy chains in Vietnam. The product is expected to contribute to improving the process of remote medical examination and drug purchasing at pharmacies.

Mobifone Gift Program:

After a comprehensive cooperation process with Mobifone, one of the leading telecommunications service companies in Vietnam, TMA is the exclusive supplier of software for the gratitude gift program for corporate customers and Mobifone employees. Mobifone has gifted nearly 200 presents of Garmin watches and 150 GOCARE health monitoring smart watches.

This service optimizes mCare's functions by collecting and monitoring health data through monitoring devices (smart watches, specialized measuring devices, etc.), thereby providing recommendations. Evaluate and notify users, relatives and medical experts for timely support. The solution makes health care more effective through real-time monitoring of indicators, helping users and relatives always know the health status of themselves and their loved ones.

Device integration

One of mCare's notable achievements in 2023 was the successful integration of more than 30 wearable devices from brands such as Samsung, Apple, Garmin, Huawei. The integration helps diversify mCare's usage, helping to enrich the platform's ecosystem. By synthesizing data from many different sources, mCare provides users with a comprehensive view of their health, helping themselves as well as medical staff make more accurate decisions about their lifestyle goals.

In addition, mCare has made significant advances in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, successfully integrating with 30 specialized devices.
